Jill Cassady, Pilates Expert

Jill is recognized as a leading Pilates authority and Pilates instructor throughout Southern California and around the world. She has taught for over 25 years and as the owner of Pilates Technique (JosephPilates.com), she has certified nearly 400 successful Pilates instructors and Pilates Studio Owners.

As the lead instructor at Pilates Technique, Jill has lectured in continuing education workshops and has taught clients with debilitating injuries of all kinds, pre and postnatal, illnesses, misalignment issues, athletes, dancers and Pilates instructors.

She is one step away from Joseph Pilates, recognized as the only Trainer in all of California to have worked in Romana’s studio with her for years. Jill also studied with Ron Fletcher, and is proud to have studied and taught with two of the Original Masters.

Henry Cassady, Engineer

Henry is a lifelong engineer. He earned his degree in mechanical engineering from UC Davis and started designing control systems for industrial use. He became a founding member of Nova Controls, which specialized in industrial automation controls. Henry was the lead engineer for Nova until he eventually sold the company to the Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV). After which he continued on as VP of Engineering and General Manager, responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and quality control.

He began designing Pilates equipment after discussing the pros and cons of existing equipment with his daughter, Jill.

Joe Wein, Marketing

As a marketing consultant, Joe creates concepts and media content for social media. He recently worked on Tim Burton’s Dumbo, The Missing Link, Trolls, Hellboy 3, Ma, The Hate U Give, and countless others. He has created numerous commercials, music videos, and web marketing material for a vast array of companies over the years.
